What to do when you got this feeling?

i dont give a damn about Reality, Existence, Civilisation or Life, my life is already fked up, thats what i do and think when everythings going wrong, ^^ ~ <3

Cheer up Raik, you're still alive and healthy.. lifes a big opportunity with lots of chances to mess up and make mistakes, but you also have the time to correct them yourself or find something better. You've always been quite the positive guy, so I know you can do it. ^^

 

I am a person who knows that tomorrow will be different day. I am always trying to look in future, make plans and achieve the goals in my life. But the last few days are like that: each day is worse than the previous one. Something bad happens at the moment when I don't expect it at all...

I know what most of you will say but today I just want to stop my mind from thinking and stop my heart from beating... I don't want to think about/ see/ hear/ feel/ understand anything anymore for today... I want to be lost in time till tomorrow day... It's just like that~

To be honest with you I can sympathize. I have been depressed for a majority of my life. I have always looked towards the future in hopes that things will get better one day. People have always told me that things will get better, that I should look on the brighter side of life, but what they don't seem to understand is that I've tried to do that. I've tried to see pass this dark cloud that seems to hover overhead, but nothing ever seems to get through. When one bad thing happens after another that constantly pushes you to the ground all you can do is try to get back up as much as possible or just lay there in defeat. Sometimes I just feel like laying in bed and never getting back up.

Life will never be easy. I learned that a long time ago. Their will be times where day after day just seems to get worse and nothing ever seems to change. Even through all of the hopelessness that I've felt, their's still a spark hidden deep down inside. A spark that tells me that their is something better out there. Something worth fighting for. Something worth all the crap we are put through. It is the one driving force that has kept me going for so long. You have to be willing to find that reason. If it wasn't for it, I'd probably be dead right now.

 

Yes I have it sometimes as well. I have found that things look a lot better after having taken a nap.

Hope u get the meaning of it >.< u can have a fcked up day or think that ur life is a mess but will find a solution to this anyway and this would keep u from future mistakes. Life is like a zebra xD 1 white stripe, 1 black. if u got stuck on a black 1 , u can be sure that u will see the white one soon.

well if u push urself and make urself believe that everything will be alright, everything will be fine since ur brain is playing a big role in ur soul conditions... well that at least helps me sometimes lol...

In all honesty, I'm pretty sure you're depressed Raiken. And that's something you want to get help with right away.

I'm not trying to flame, but you've been making a lot of posts with a degrading tone about you. Like you're ready to kill yourself. And as much as it's odd to say, it's concerning. =/
