yes, there has to be a change in the staff attitude and i already talked to a few of the involved gms. they waste too much time digging up dirt on each other rather than concentrating on helping people as they should be doing. carl needs to get more involved coz atm hes the shadowy figure in the background, uncertain of what it is he really wants

beyond that, u need a decent dev. we will see what happens when they update, which shouldnt take that much longer

 

As far as i know, we have 2 devs and evilset was kinda active in the forum ;o He made crappy crappy crappy decision (the whole imma make polls but i wont give a damn).
The server is broken and crying for a fix, and i dont see this coming anytime soon.

By server i'm talking about the whole thing: Staff, Emulator and Community.

we have 4 devs in theory, 2 of which r supposedly helping in the background without really belong to gamez. i do agree about the bad updates in the past but which private server isnt "broken"? as far as i can tell all of them have their own share of bugs. no i didnt like the poll idea that got ignored either btw but the stigma system for siel that got rejected and they were gonna implement wasnt implemented in the end

my point was about a matter of perception. in ur quoted image, the group distinctions were clearly identified. the speaker knew exactly who the "targeted groups" were. if there is this "discriminated group", care to name it? coz i sure would like to know. there r things that affect the staff and there r things that affect the rest of the server, thats what i see.

using the number of posts is a pathetic argument coz if u ask people around here, ive actually been helping people in the past 11 months around here. i could just as well claim ur a nobody coz of ur 2 posts, yet u dont see me doing that

Yes, but the server being broken isnt because the failsauce updates or lack of them or the several bugs (and major ones as the kisk thing). As for the polls they first opened the doors to what seemed democracy and many got hyped about that, just to find out it was neither a democracy nor a what i like is what sticks. More like what the money says is what sticks.

Leaving the in game issues there are lots of things that should be changed within the staff and within the users.

 

actually its not the money either coz they didnt listen to what the donators wanted carl tells evilset what to do, evilset does it (or tries to). thats how its been for a while. so yes, as much as it looked like a democracy, i was disappointed as much as u were

after todays drama, they r restructuring the staff internally and sorting out all those personal issues, coz this cant keep happening. so many staff members quit coz of internal hatred in the staff room. the staff turnover is way too high to get decent gms permanently

we will see how things develop from here
