Solved what's this items fair worth??! :)

i saw a player who was trading ring of ancient magic... and i really want it since i need magic resist for my glad and most of all i want that badass aura! so i try to offer him kinah and he just laughed at me! that was humiliating but i know its my fault! now, may i ask anyone how much is that items worth or is there a way i can get/loot it?? and also is there a guide for some players to know what's an items worth so they cant be fooled when they want to buy some item?? thanks! <3

 

It used to be worth around 3k-3.5k credits.. But I think it isn't worth that much now! Maybe 2.5k I would say (somebody correct me if I'm wrong).. But it's definitely not worth just kinah! You will very rarely find situations where kinah is the currency of trading these days.. Kinah is mostly used in trading to buy scrolls, pots, and generally consumables, or small things like a few manastones or tokens or so that are not hard to get.. Almost nobody wants to trade items like ROAM for kinah!

To answer your question, no, you can't get any of the resist rings ingame nor in the webshop.. They are only event rewards. So you can either get them by events GMs host, or by trading. And.. if you want to know what an item is worth and if a trade is fair.. just ask somebody If they're nice enough they might help you I've seen some people ask me if a trade is fair when I'm on my GM quite some times! It isn't really up to me to tell you but.. I can give you an opinion as a player who trades, and not as a staff member ^_^

Or you can just observe the LFG chat to get an idea of what an item is worth nowadays. Of course, be cautious with OP (Over Priced) players, they can be a bitch sometimes. "add ser"

 

It's like 10 Magic Resist. A Spell Resist scroll or w/e can give you like 100. And you can't use both at the same time. If you have ROAM on, and you use a Spell Resist Scroll, the ring effect will disappear, and you won't be able to use it again cuz 1 hour cd. ROAM are purely cosmetic items, that were given out when AION first came out as Pre-order Items on Retail. I believe ROAM, the Magic version, was given out as a Pre-Order from Gamestop. Water was Bestbuy, Fire was Amazon, and so forth. So, at level 1, 10 MR would've been great. At 65? Pure trash.

All it does is make you look special. If you want some MR for your glad, go start crafting or something, and make some Spell Resist scrolls. Or buy some.

haha! thanks guys! the other thing i want with ROAM is the badass aura effect! i really like that! but thanks still! i cant imagine that a useless item will cost thousands of credits! thats so much unfair for me! that 2.5k credits i shall buy LEA Greatsword or that sharptooth mount if i'm not mistaken on the name!
