    How do I finish this quest? NPC's Missing or do we have to capture it so that the NPC will appear? @_@ Answer please.

    this title i think only pure credits atm
    try do Easy Mark +4% speed
    my fren glad full abg he use Wheeler-Dealer + Running scroll =11.3 speed
    me also full abg and use Easy Mark also + Running scroll = 11.3 speed ^_^

    Easy Mark is annoying... only one boss and anyone can kill it... spawn time takes too long... T.T
