When are Daily/Weekly Resets

Hello,
I live on the west coast of the US and I'm wondering what time these things are in any particular week.

Daily quest resets: I believe it is 5 pm every day PST
Weekly Quest resets: No clue
Weekly scroll quests: ( if not same as weekly quest resets)

Additionally,
is vell every sunday and thursday on this server?

 

That's correct. The Daily Reset is 5pm (PST).

Weekly Quests resets one week after the date of completion. However, it might be changed with the next build update because retail changed the rule to reset on a specific day.

Same as Weekly Quests.

That's right, every Sunday and Thursday.
