Where are my characters?

I haven't played in at least 2 years and I decided to install GA again but it seems that my characters are gone completely.
I know I had, at the very least, a templar named "Templacica" because I found an old thread asking for stigmas for her.
Update : I think the entire Lumiel server is gone, which is where I had all my characters
Do you have characters kept in a database? Could I import her into Siel? I had a mount and some dances which I can't really aquire again easily

 

You're right...unfortunately not, can't get back your characters that were on Lumiel server (enough time has been given to those players that wanted transfer their toons from Lumiel to Siel). All dances and other kind of emotes are set by default, hence you don't need to buy dance-emotes again.

No, characters that wasn't transferred to Siel within the given time frame have been removed from the database and sadly there is no way to recover any of them.

Yes and the character was deleted from the database because it was not transferred within the given time frame.
