    Ok so i donated on 25th of December and i still haven't recieved my credits after a while, but i got the other once's O.O

    You need to contact SuperRewards and have them look into it, they're holding your funds for some reason. Nothing we can do about that.

    Looks like there's a support link on the page you screenshotted, there's also a link to one on our SuperRewards page.
