Where is List BAN user ?

    I have caracter its blocked . When ask 2 GM way i can`t log in look answers :

    1 GM say : you are banated to fly in restrict area ..... WERE IS THE PROVE ?
    Another GM say : duplicated .... i have 2 caracters to 1 IP , its normal - i have 2 laptop ; 1 play my wife - 1 play me

    I send email to ADMIN ....no answer to this problem , WAY ?
    I think Gm give BAN preferences and dont` have prove , for have many frends .
