By the way, sad to say but if there are no proofs and pure words then I doubt you will have your precious items back. Oh! And since it is a clear account hack issue, the chances of retrieving your items is pretty low.

Jeez talk about a troll-bait thread.

As to your ridiculously over-entitled demands for reperation unfortunately we cannot assist you.

Items and characters do not simply vanish when you're gone for two weeks. The only time we will delete a character is if we do an inactivity check and that only effects accounts that haven't been played in 6-7+ months.

If your characters and items randomly vanish one day then chances are you've either given out your password, played the game in an unsafe environment, or used third-party cheating software. Whatever the case all users are ultimately responsible for their own account security and if you are unwilling or unable to maintain such then we cannot help you.

Any further threads on the subject will be closed and likely result in forum infractions.
