Where's My Dande?

I Got a Dande, went to Calpheon, got it to +10. Logged off, maintenance happened. I logged in and then somehow I was back at Karanda again, with NO Dande or the Box. And the best part.. my black stones I used to enhance the dande, were still missing when I logged on.
Like look I understand shit happens. I work with systems for my marketing job, and sometimes the system doesn't do what you want it to do. So when that happens, people freak out and we have to bite the bullet and do everything in our power to make it seem like that situation never happened.
I hope this is something you guys can do as well, I'm sure giving out a few dandes to people who actually spent the time killing the boss and earned it, is better than getting a bad reputation, having people quit the game, and getting bad reviews on websites.
