Which fuse is better?

Hi, I have special elite ambassador harp and proc harp

SEA harp gives attack speed, but proctor harp gives casting speed. So which is better?

1) Sea harp + proctor harp
2) Elite arb harp + proctor harp
3) Elite arb harp + sea harp

 

EA Harp + Proctor Harp since the EA is going to give you the attack speed (9%), and the proctor one is going to give you the cast speed (9%).

Also, if you dont have EA harp, just use Proctor+SEA Harp. Proctor+20 is better than SEA so you might want to put that one as main.

 

Should I +20 them both before fuse? Or it doesn't matter?

 

No, only enchant the main one. The secondary gives the "secondary" stats, haha.

You can't use Boundless Staff of Honor as fuse for Provenance Staff, because Boundless(of Honor) items have a higher level, 83, while the Provenance weapons are level 80, you can't use weapons of lower level on the top with weapons of higher level as fuse.
So, Provenance + Elite Arbiter is the best combination for now.

 

1 is a good choice but too bad, you can't do this thing since BL has higher level than provenance.

Yes enchant fusion it will give you more att to main after fuse. but only if you have kinah and omegas left

 

EA Harp+Proctor Harp coz EA Harp has Attack speed and Proctor has Casting Speed of +9% i suggest EA Harp+Proctor Harp

 

Im using EA + Arbiter/Proctor the same.Its perfect coz Ea Gives attacksped then Proctor Casting speed !
