You should re-read the rules, Exploiting game mechanics is bannable.

He has been reported a few times exploiting the cool down of deity transformation but still nothing is done.

Dude you don't even see any GM's online when you need them. They just want to have the name GM but they dont to the job. I don't even think this GM's are experience their roles LAWL.
