why ban my account？

Why ban my account?Can't I give a warning if I use a game BUG and then ban it ?

Just now I consulted with my friends and they said THAT I took advantage of the event BOSS bug to hit too many chests.But this is my first time to kill the active boss.I didn't know it was a bug.And I took screenshots to show them why there were so many bears.Is this using a game BUG?

   Any disruptive abuse of a bug that causes a hindrance to others play or may cause imbalances in the game.
   First offense: 48 hours of temporary ban
   Second Offense: Permanent Ban

If I remember correctly, ban appeals should not be discussed in public. Better talk to it in private with the staffs.
