Why cant i start my other char in char page but i can start with other chars pls help

When i click start on my sorcere char the game automatically logs out on its own. but I cant proceed in the game when I clicked start on my sorcerer char. pls help

 

Your character is stuck, make an unstuck request in the website.

Log-in any other character on the same account and type .fix <name>

Change <name> to the name of the character without < >

 

It still wont work sir

 

Or ask a senior staff member to try and unstuck you, if it doesn't work you need to wait for server reboot

Let's wait for a SA to unstick your character. If that doesn't help, you'll have to wait for a server reboot but let's be optimistic you won't need it.

Alright! A senior staff member will manually unstick your character soon and will let you know in this thread when to give it a try and log in.
