    i log in the web portal but there's no temporal or permanent ban message i receive..... my character is on the jail right now for about 60 mins. and my merge wep. is gone...... please help.....

    i can log in... but my character is in jailed for 60mins and my merge wepon is gone.... i don't know the reason.... and i haven't playing for a months....
