Why I can´t buy Crucible Weapons?

Hi guys,
Me and some friends were collecting crucible medals, to buy some weapons to use its skin, which is awesome. But today my friends, when finally we were able to buy the weapons. -.- We cant buy it, I dont know why, I want to know if its only for vip or its some bug, but dam, took so much time to earn all the medals....Please if someone can help on this ^^ I just want some different weapon skin =*)

 

Those npc's are currently bugged, and we do know about it. Should be fixed soon enough =)
