Why I Cannot delete a character ?

    Hey guys I'm a old Player since 1.5 version.
    I Have a lot of characters but dont play or just dont like one or another...
    Then I would like to delete one of them but when I type " Confirm Delete", nothing Happen.
    Someone know Why ?
    How to fix it?

    quit ur legion, take all items/cash out of auction, restart ur client, delete safely ^^

    the confirm delete is also case sensitive but i dont think u did that wrong judging by how u said it here
