Why i cant Change my Password Anymore?

    this what it says repeatedly :/ Warning: mail() [function.mail]: Failed to connect to mailserver at "localhost" port 25, verify your "SMTP" and "smtp_port" setting in php.ini or use ini_set() in C:\xampp\htdocs\gamezaion.com\changepw.php on line 114

    Please help me i feel someone knows my password already and i cant wait changing my password before they take my items :/
