Why I can't online character hold in game ?

    Why I can't online character hold in game ?
    When I not play in game I hold online in game for get peal. but when it pass 1 or 2 hour my character log off ?

    Two hours ago the server went down for maintenance, perhaps that's why? Did you see the countdown announcement in game?
