Why i got banned?

IP Address: 112.200.144.217
Server: GamezAion-Lumiel

I really don't know why i got banned. I'm just hunting manastone before i log-out. the reason i log-out is i cant handle the lag anymore my ping has reach 3k and I'm 5sec delay. but i didn't done any illegal thing. after i log-out i went to bed then when i woke up i downloaded BattlePing and when i try to log-in it says "you cannot access thing IP(22)"????

GM i swear i didnt done anything wrong :sad: please bring back my account :crying:
