Why item can't be trade yet .......?

    Hi guys :) I think it's kinda weird when I see the top of the item it stated " Untradeable " and I saw ppl selling the item I have too. I tried putting it in the " Broker " and it tell me can't be trade. How come they can trade it yet i can't ?
