why my friend got banned?

I have concern i know its not my account but im concern for my friend. Why his account got ban even though he didnt do anything. He told me that he got ban for impersonating the GM. He got shocked when he logged in his account and he message me right away about this problem. I hope you could help him thank you..

 

oh...theres nothing we can do about it friend. I m also banned even if I didnt do anything we have the same issue

Hi,

Your friend will have to appeal his own ban using the ban system.

If his account got hacked, That is something of his responsibilty to make sure his account won't get hacked; such as not visiting unsafe sites or giving account information away or having an easy to guess password.

But there is Screen shot proof from multiple people showing that this user was impersonating a Staff member.
