Why my T10 horse roll 0.1% status when it leveled up even my training level is master 12?

    in retail, with this training level, T10~T7 horse never get 0.1% roll afaik
    but kolka said the training bonus working correctly
    someone can explain how it work?

    Well, it is Radomized, so sometimes you get really shitty rolls...I don't know what else to tell you?
