Why my top rank not update?

as you can see my rank is 2-star officer but my top rank skill rank 1...

this isn't the first time i reach one of the officer rank but my top rank not update

in the last update there was a line about abyss ranks, lists, i thought that this bug was fixed cause my legion mate reached the general rank and his top rank switch to general, so two day after i reach the 2-star officer but nothing happen...

any idea?

it doesn't matter, as my sig show i have screenshots about it, it just was a question cause its kind of a bug
