    i buy steampunk wings worth 500 creds and its not mail yet ???? it said that it will be mailed in game but its not mailed yet my IGN is : iuster ? it seems luster but "i" is capital maybe AM confused

    Check your alt account/ alt character. The items are mailed by the system so it is not because you think someone thinks a letter is wrong.

    Make sure you have logged in the correct account with the correct character that you have used for the purchase. Sure it will be mailed for about ten minutes or so. However, a full relog of your account will somehow fix the problem.
