WHY this happpend?

I just want to ask.. before sever update to 2.0,, Ench Rate OF EQ is esy, if the item is lvl 50, only by use ENC stone lvl 51 it can reach to +15 with 3~4 time fail.. but noe i try to upgrade my item lvl 50 use ENC Stone lvl 61, i just can up it to +6 with more then 19 time Fail.. i lost 30~40 pic of ench stone and i only get +6 eq,, when i try to upgrade it again with ENC stone lvl 65 it Faild untill +1 !! what is this?

CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME TIP? OR A SOLUTION?

The enchantment rates are bugged. I failed with level 100 stones using standard supplements. If you want to get your gear enchanted you need to go to the fortresses in Gelk to buy greater supplements. Though make sure to take kisks and a good party with you as you will need to get elite level 55 balaur mobs to get to the NPC
