    I was wondering why they silence the npc that selled the food and stones in walk of fame.... !? (kasinel academy).

    If I remember it correctly, there are two NPCs that sell consumables which has rank requirements. One NPC is for officers and the other one for generals. Only way to buy from those NPCs is to have the rank requirement.
