why was he banned?

    can anyone check and explain why my friend got banned or is it just an error or something?

    it says, "you cannot access the game through this ip"

    can anyone please explain why did this happened? the guy didn't use any cheat or exploits, he was doing quest for arbolus anointed and then he got dc'd.. next time he tried logging in, ""you cannot access the game through this ip" -- this appears..
