    Hello! im from Spain and i play in the NA server cuz i have my char there etc..
    the problem is that whenever I'm playing, my sister loses Wi-fi on her computer and her mobile phone ..
    It's very strange, I know ... but it's the truth ..
    Does someone have a similar case? Thank you

    Have you tried contacting your network provider?
    I mean technically speaking, bandwidth used in playing a game vs watching youtube and using social media has a variance.
    But something that I assume tech support from your network provider can check.

    I agree with JulietRose. This is a bandwidth issue and you will need to contact your internet provider.
