Windows 7 problem

I just deleted and reinstalled the ncsoft launcher and aion and all updates, but when i try to start to see if it works i get a d3dx9_38.dll error stating about a no ip check and i need to contact frye by email..... and if the client doesnt work to begin with i wont be able to get this pserver to work, and i have tried just replacing the bin 32 file with the support files on the website and i get win rar extracting errors saying that some of the files are corrupt...... and thats if i ectract them anywhere on my computer. I really need help on this one im out of ideas completely.

 

dude delete d3dx9_38.dll then install the gamez aion patch

 

Didnt work when i go to run the gamezaion patch i get a bin32\msvcr80.dll error (error 11FD).

 

Trye also repairing using NC soft launcher

 

After i have already deleted the d3dx file? and wouldnt repairing just put that same file right back in there?

just repaired and there is no difference cant use the gamezinstaller and still cant extract the support files over to desktop........

 

dunno if you have already tried this but
i had this error before all i did was delete gamezaion.exe from aion folder, redownload and reinstall
