    Ok guys as u can see the wings of circle has conditional effect that +8% attack speed.
    I need to know if the conditional effect is working or not? because i dont wanna regret for buying the wing if it still unfixed.
    And how do we activate that conditional effect?
    Does it active permanently? or only under certain conditions?(for example:it only activated when u fly or something..)
    Anybody that knows it plz tell me here. Thx ^_^

    it works and U can either have an npc condition it for like 30k kinah or u can buy an item from general goods that will condition it for 3mill kinah.. it does not last forever but U can always re condition it.

    The effect goes down after you pvp or fight, you can usually pvp for hours on one conditioning level.

    o.o hahha speedhacking or not, if you know your shit in Aion u can win in PVP, hwoever legit speedhacking shouldnt be that hard to spot...
