I have never seen it happen, and I myself am pretty sure you tried to outsmart the system and underestimated the intelligence of the staff here.

Why?

#1: You wouldn't even be AWARE of the item's stats without that (or prior knowledge).

#2: The item is clearly descripted. There was no conditioning effect on it.

#3: You seem awfully cheap.

 

#1 I check www.aiondatabase.com before i purchase the wings and well i just think the conditining thing only appear ingame, why? cause aiondatabase.com never fail to me till now.

So like you see, i just think they where fine and that ingame they going to appear the conditioning effect and at that time i didn't know that there is an ingameshop (specialshop) cause at that moment i think that the webshop was the special shop.

Trade the wings to something ingame, try and make a profit. Like all of us "idiots" do in trade section.

Otherwise suck it up and donate another 15, its not much considering how you're all gung-ho to spend 10.

 

They should remove the "Wings of the circle" in the webshop if they already exist another one.

And what im asking is really simple why enough problem for this? :s

 

$15 in beers kinda crazy, here you can eat the 3 foods of the day with $5.
so for me it's a lot.

Some were shocked seeing the Wings of the Circle in-game having a conditioning effect yet the cheaper one they bought in the Webshop doesn't have. It explains it why the one in the webshop is a bit cheaper than the 2500 credits worth of the other wings in the In-game summer shop. I foresee as well that the Wings of the Circle will only be for looks and not will be too much in demand in market (the cheap ones) because they'll want the one with the conditioning effect which makes the wings a lot stronger. Oh! Not to mention that the conditioning system will be implemented soon.

Not sure if they'll refund it. Never happened here since the day I lay my feet on this server.

 

I just bought the wings yesterday and didn't know that theres was another wings ingame, i was thinking that the correct wings were the ones in the webshop.

 

dont see how a bump will help like everyone else including myself has already said

there is no chance for a refund you willingly bought the item

now.. what you dont seem to know is that shop will only be around for a bit longer which means ofc everything on there is better which is why those wings on the shop are better.

those wings have been on the webshop since 2.5 update i believe so thats no excuse

 

But i already said, if i willingly bought the items is cause i think that was the special shop, after i update my client the first thing i do it after log in was bought the wings (before of that i saw the Alente's post).

yes because the wings section of the webshop has always been the special shop

and glad we agree now so no point for you to keep dragging this on you willingly bought it so theres absolutely no chance for you to get a refund

 

But it's not an entire refund, im asking for a difference adding so i can take the correct wings, nothing more, it's not so hard, i know for you guys in other countries $25 don't mean anyhting but here yes, for that reason im asking for this.

If Gamez allowed difference adding, hereby I'd like to give my 25 black dyes (500 credits) plus a $5 donation to someone's ABG accessory. Gonna work? No.

Edit: Stupid example. Let me try another one: In 2.1 I bought APP belt cause it had PvP attack. Now ABG is better, I'd like to give my APP belt to an ABG one -- they both cost 1.5k credits. Gonna happen? No.
