Wiped servers or lost account?

    Hi there, could anyone give me any information (ofc, it would be best if GMs could contact me themselves) if the servers were wiped at any point during last 2-3 years? I had an account with GamezBD, double checked my email but today when I was trying to reset the password using the email - email was not found. The first idea come to my mind - there was some cleaning or wipe, so any information about possible problem is welcome. Also it cant be ban or something, because I have never used anything or been malicious in any way. Many thanks
