Witch Main Skills from Horse dont hit most time​

Bug Description:

I have 233Accuracy, thats pretty good on low mobs, and... I can't hit the enemys from horse, it need really really much hits, as ranger every hit is a hit = kill.
With the witch it just make no dmg.
Lightning Attacks, auto attacks "the shoot".
If I go down and attack normal,w ithout horse it work better, but could still work better.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Get a horse and the gear to fight from horse and paly a witch.
My Weapon is a "Ornella Staff" from the NPC.​

 

It is a well known issue, at least on our server, but fighting from horseback makes everything more difficult for your character and it ends up using 2-10 times as much energy and attacks to get an extremely simple job done

 

It work right, on horse u have less damage from this skills, all actiones use same formula.

 

But it's not the damage, the problem is that you just DONT hit.
Also on Maehwa. Autoattack from horse hit like only all 4-5attacks, the bow shot (LMB) works always.
