Wizard/witch heals are not working as they should(heal way too much)

    Bug Name:
    Wizard/witch heals are not working as they should(heal way too much)​
    Bug Description:
    Currently wizard heals recover 50% hp per tick. For example if you use sagelights its supposed to heal 30% to you and ally 20% but it heals for way too much.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    use wizard/witch/ heal.​
