Woker list blocked by town storage interface in world map​

Bug Description:

the worker list will be blocked by storage interface if you open it in world map when viewing a specific town.
it used to close the storage for you when you view the worker list, but not anymore​

How to reproduce/proof:

Open world map (M)
Select any town with storage
Click on the button to open worker list (located bottom left corner)
