Wondering 'bout reports

I was wondering regarding to those reported about wall-shooting?? what are the penalties about that abusive players who has been caught?
Is there any instances, that if the player caught by wall-shooting and been reported twice or shall we say multiple report on him, is their any possibility that he/she may be banned? not just temporal banned, but can be permanently banned?
1st offense= ?
2nd offense= ?
3rd offense= ?
and so on....

 

Players are punished according to server rules. An hour of temporary ban is given to players in some cases. Of course, as they continue to violate the same rule again and again, the punishment will be much tougher.
IV. Bug abusing (GamezAION / BDO)
(flight bug abusing, wall shooting, no target, godmode, AoEs in safe zones, etc.)
Any disruptive abuse of a bug that causes a hindrance to others play or enjoyability of the game. The above are just a few examples.

• Warning: 1 hour Temp Ban
  • A warning is given in certain cases only and highly dependent on the nature of the bug.
  • As of now, a warning will only be given in cases of Chain Of Suffering skill abuse on certain battlegrounds such as on 1v1 or Battle of Gods etc..
• First offense: 12 hours of Temp Ban.
• Second Offense: 48 hours of Temp Ban.
• Third Offense: 7 Day Ban
• Fourth Offense: Permanent Ban
