Work Order Quest + Skills

    I have abandon my work order quest because i can't finish the quest.

    I wanna accept the quest to finish it.... but after i abandon the quest, my work order skills remain there.....

    After that i can't accept the work order quest again because it says i have learn that skill already......

    Can anyone help me to solve it???........thanks alot
