Workers glitched

    My workers cannot get promoted and cannot be assigned to do any task (e.g. gathering nodes, crafting costumes... etc.)
    When I tried to gather nodes with the worker, it shows 50% progress 10 mins but the worker is still here.
    I got like 71 workers and they are not working now.

    *They have enough stamina.

    Verified and it is a big problem since it takes almost all of my Contribution Points to make a worker empire that is now no longer working at all.
