Workers stamina post promotion + impossibility to start any task till character switch​

Bug Description:

Sometimes after successfully promoting a worker ( or at least goblins ? ), their stamina will be bugued, preventing any future worker task ordering, you will have to switch to another character in order to see that their stamina is empty, and not full as it first shows straight after the promotion.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Promote a worker / goblin worker, complete with pearls or not ( idk if that's the thing triggering the bug or not ), try settling any of your workers onto a node to work, you will notice after starting the task, the action won't have been saved, u can do that forever the game will never keep in memory ur order.
Switch Character to see that newly promoted workers stamina has become empty, and that the bug will be fixed.
