World stops loading graphics; causes me to fall through the ground.

Hello everyone! So while I was being leveled by my 2 friends today, something really hilarious happened. Putting it around 6 times today that I fell through the world into the water below, however this time it was worse, to where one, I fell below the "water boarder" as well as my friends seeing me glitched out on the ground in velia while I was still at Olivia. And putting this out there I know probably part of it is due to my PC of course, but I was even on low graphics in BDO, and it still happened.

I am not sure how to fix this. Now I know I made a thread about falling through the world but I know a lot of people don't like necroing threads, so might as well make a new one. First screenshot is what they see and the 2nd is what I see on my end. For the falling out of the world part, I only have screenshots of what I currently see since for my friend, she could only see me either standing on her horse, or laying flat on the ground. I know there are a lot of screenshots I apologize, but they are the 5 different times that It has happened. And again, I know its my PC, but Idk how to fix it since all of my graphics are on Low, and this only happens when I am on someone else horse.
