Wowacker Program help!!! Ergentt

so i downloaded wowacker from http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f16/new-latency-fix-program-72227/, and i forgot that its not for windows 7, so i used it and it worsen my ping, then i deleted it and my internet is still slow!! please help me, before i was 200-300, now im 500-700 please please help me can someone tell me how to uninstall it please ever since i downloaded it my internets been slow please reply, what do i have to do to for the internet to be the way it was again??

 

After you uninstall did you reboot your computer?

 

yes i did!!! i dont know how to unistall i just to when i opened it it show a black rectangle-ish screen and it wouldnt do nothing, then i right click and clicked deleted but it still slow and YES i restarted my laptop but it still slow please help me i even did speedtest.net to test out and it spiked out to 500-700 helpp (never spiked before and only showed 200-300 until i downloaded the program)

 

Someone please help, my ping is 800-1000 now when i measure at pingtest.net and it always been around 75-150 with less then 5 jitter now the jitter is over 1000!! help me plzz ): how can i get rid of this nightmare???

 

Go into your control panel, add or remove programs, uninstall the program.

If that doesn't work you could do a system restore to a date before you installed the program.
