Client Issue Wrong article in the Webshop

Good afternoon. A playmate buy your account with a Orbe Darken Lord and to his surprise that it is only for Spiritmaster, even when I enter the webshop with your Sorcerer. The article in the webshop does not say anywhere that is for Spiritmaster. We would like to know what to do to return the item and recover points. the character is Cefora

Buenas tardes. Una compañera de juego compro en su cuenta un Orbe Darken Lord y resulta para su sorpresa que es solo para Spiritmaster, aun cuando entro a la webshop con su personaje Sorcerer. El articulo en la webshop no dice por ninguna parte que es para Spiritmaster. Quisieramos saber que hacer para devolver el item y recuperar los puntos. el personaje es Cefora
