    The pnj placed at velia to make this quest work :

    isnt the good one, ive been asked to talk to robb ( https://bdocodex.com/us/npc/49518/ )
    , but the npc at velia is juana teron ( https://bdocodex.com/us/npc/49530/ ) giving on a daily quest to DO the rift    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:

    until https://bdocodex.com/us/quest/1084/10/
    then cant continue because wrong npc at velia.    ​

    Its not wrong npc.
    Juana Teron need for complete Chapter 18 adventure.
    NPC what u talk about is from another chain its Savage Rift chain, and no sense to add this npc cuz next quest will be defeat Harpies on Savage Rift which is disabled, so u can freely cancel this quest chain cuz its only for Savage Rift what is not implemented and never will be on gamez.
