Solved Wrong Prize?

i can't pick my prize from list in In-Game Prize List (March - June) ???
i won scramble words event by Traceycxc
i pm'ed him/her by my other characterand said.
im ilxjokerxll from elyos . my answer was VEILLE, can u mail me a Veille Favors.
but this is what i get.

The Event Host are the one who pick the prize for the winners, specially on Unscramble word Events. Maybe you should ask him what prize did you won
instead.

 

i mean i pm him with my other char that if he can mail me a Veille Favors as the Reward

You got the correct prize. There are no veille's/mastarius' favors listed.

Let me inform you a bit.

There are some events that Ams select what to send to people. They just cannot send Veile's or other prizes to each person who participates - (separated). If the Am says that they are going to send some things from the list that people can actually choose then its fine.

 

It deoends if they or you will be the one allowed to choose optional prizes

 

In my Thoughts...AM will pick the prize on tier 1,2 and 3.... in tournament you can choose your prize if you win.. but if you lose AM will pick the prize for you..
