Wrong Server Selection

I created account by mistake on the NA server then i realized and created an account for the play on eu but i cant use the THAN-KSTO-EVER-YONE SURP-RIZE-JSHA-MMER
this 2 code and they very important. Can we change our account Server ? Like transfer NA to EU. I really need this 2 codes

 

Unfortunately there is a strict policy of NO-Server-Transfers.

What surprises me, is that you should have been able to use the coupon on the other server, however it might be tied to the Account and not the server

Best thing you can do in this case, is to either just shrug your shoulders, and say to yourself, that a few free items aren't going to change an entire game, OR you could make a new account on the correct server.

Last case scenario, is to write Kolka directly, using the Conversation option, by mouse-overing your forum username, and selecting that, write them a message giving them the details, you know account name and in-game family name, then maybe if you are lucky, they will fix the problem.
