    that would happen when you either kill rank 9's being such a rank yourself, or having killed said player too many times. the game system automatically reduces your AP gain from said person in order to prevent AP farming.

    if this is not the case, I'd contact an Admin about it if I were you...

    I understand, the case is that asmos kill were not rank 9 are of rank 1 and officers and I were giving this app, but were these specific users, plus was just getting to Gelkmaros had not killed anyone so it is my doubt and thus the post if I explain? in order to see the admin have investigated the situation
