WTB help with torrents

So i was trying to download something,the speed was horrible,ranging from 1kb/s~20kb/s
So i configured my uTorrent settings according to this video

It worked,my speed went up to 150kb/s~300kb/s
After i downloaded the first file i had to reboot
And after that my speed is back to 1kb/s~20kb/s
No changes in the settings whatsoever
Using port 45682 and yes i did portforward
Windows Firewall is turned off


Any clue?

best thing to do for speeding ur torrents is :

close all the other seedings/downloads, let it dl in peace
close most of the internet tabs u have opened, with a max of 2 tabs open preferably only 1 for max speed
close all games/applications that u have opened in ur bar
check for seeds. if the file u try to download doesnt have enough seeds it will always be slow. search for files with many seeds for faster download
