Is this some sort of licencing fees warning that you have to pay in order to be played on?
Hmmmm, probably Aion has a licencing methods for Internet Cafes.

So after doing a bit of digging, I've found that there is supposedly an uninterpreted function made by NCSoft for Café users. For whatever reason, our servers are calling on this function. As GamezAion hasn't implemented any features regarding any of these licenses and requires no payment to play, ignore the message as it shouldn't cause any harm or changes on your account/character. Hopefully the message will disappear after a while!

Perhaps can you remember anything out of the ordinary that you've done when you first saw the message? Something had to trigger the message to come up in the first place.

 

I play in cafe but I don't receive any of those messages.
