Wtf were are my credits!...

okay this is my story... i went to the shops to get 30 dollars credit on my phone to get 3000 credits on gamez aion via sms (Dao pay)

My code number i had to text was
DAO 678783

The sms billing was succesfull but wen i pressed complete purchase it was just a blank screen WTH

all i wanted was anuhart glad pants i dont care about the other 2k credits pls guys help me

i couldnt take screen shot because i did on ipod touch so yeah GRRR!... the egzact time of my sms was 1:35pm (australia time)
